Future Petty Officers of the Italian Navy train for Command and Leadership with instructors of the San Marco Marine Brigade

The challenging Art of Command Module has just ended at the Massafra training area. The training module, held by instructors of the San Marco Marine Brigade, was attended by cadets of the 2nd class of the 17th “Regular Course” and of the 1st class of the 15th “Reserve Course” for Navy warrant officers. This one-week module is characterised by a demanding training programme aimed at developing command ability and leadership techniques.

This is one of the numerous training courses delivered by the Italian Navy Petty Officer School in Taranto. Its programme includes various activities, such as topography, hand-to-hand fighting, shooting exercises, planning and conduct of basic tactical movements.
